Michelin Star at Auberge du Lac

We are delighted to announce that Phil Thompson, Executive Chef at Brocket Hall's hugely successful restaurant Auberge du Lac, has received his first Michelin Star.

Phil ThompsonPhil joined Auberge du Lac in 2002 following engagements at L'Escargot, the Lanesborough and the Orrery. In 2005 he was appointed as Executive Chef.
