Food & Beverage Operations
No game of golf is complete without a rest stop at a half way house, a purchase from the beverage cart and post round refreshment at the 19th hole. These are also key components to the financial success of the club.
A club and location specific food & beverage programme is developed for each Palmerston club. Palmerston is experienced in meeting the food & beverage needs of the diverse cultures in which our clubs operate. The result is a food & beverage programme specifically designed to serve the club member and his or her guests, whether for a simple golf outing or a more elaborate corporate golf day or wedding banquet.
Other Revenue Generation Opportunities
Keeping in mind that the golf experience is more than 18 holes of golf, Palmerston continuously explores opportunities to offer additional revenue generating services at our clubs. These might include: a spa and massage facility, a golfer's lodge, tennis courts & instruction, custom club fitting, ladies golf programmes, teenage golf programmes, night golf and many more.
