Palmerston is unlike other management companies in the hospitality business as it serves two very distinctive niches.

The Company is known for its ability to conceptualize, plan and execute the restoration and renovation of country houses, stately homes and historical buildings with the goal of transforming them into viable commercial properties, which are managed by Palmerston. This has been the case at Brocket Hall in the United Kingdom where it assumed control over ten years ago and transformed a 543-acre estate that was in administration into an ongoing and viable concern that now features two championship golf courses, a conference centre and a Michelin-starred restaurant. The Company is currently doing the same on projects in Italy and China.

The second niche is where the Palmerston team brings all of its experience to bear on large scale mixed use developments where we are intimately involved in the master planning, facility program, and real estate plan - all of which are built around a financial model to ensure success. The management of these developments with prime real estate requires a firm understanding of all of the key elements that make these large development projects successful.
