The Palmerston Nanjing development, located on the river, will have a luxury Hotel with a Conference Center, Spa and Fitness facilities. The development also includes the City Club of Nanjing, nested in a parkland area with river frontage in the heart of Nanjing, which is part of a luxurious Villa and Townhouse development. The Club's facility will be housed in two different locations. A separate Conference Center, Spa and Fitness facility will be located on the opposite side of the river.

The development is scheduled for completion in 2009.
