Phil Thompson
In 2005 Brocket Hall announced the appointment of Phil Thompson, Executive Chef of its flagship fine dining restaurant Auberge du Lac.
Phil joined Auberge du Lac in 2002 and has provided an outstanding contribution to the success of the restaurant following engagements at leading London venues including L'Escargot, the Lanesborough and St. Martins Hotels.
In 2007 Phil was appointed Executive Chef for the Brocket Hall Estate and is responsible for the cuisine at Auberge du Lac, Brocket Hall and the Whatershyppes Restaurant at the Golf Club.
In January 2009, Phil and the Auberge du Lac
were awarded a much coveted Michelin Star:
