With some 20 senior managers headquartered in Hong Kong, London and the regional offices, the corporate team is responsible for all aspects of hotel and resort life from initial concept and project management, to selling club memberships and real estate, training staff and operating golf courses, clubhouses, pro-shops, spas and restaurants.

Palmerston has developed comprehensive marketing and operating manuals with management systems covering every facet of hotel and resort operations including on-going quality control, maintenance inspections, financial and operational audits.
