Planning Phase
- An accurate assessment of local market conditions.
- Evaluation of the financial viability of the proposed hotel or resort development including its various components.
- Recommendation and selection with owner/developer of the most suitable master planners, architects, designers, project managers and other specialists to create the optimum hotel and resort product.
- A program of project facilities, services, amenities and infrastructure development to establish and enhance design standards and operating efficiencies.
Implementation Phase
- Development of operating concepts, staffing and training plans for hotel or resort.
- Development and implementation of food and beverage concepts.
- Development of pre-opening budget.
- Identification, hiring, training, motivation and supervision of department heads and operational staff.
- Recommendations and acquisitions of all necessary IT and operating equipment.
- Implementation of management and control systems with full financial reporting.
- Development and implementation of marketing, advertising, public relations and sales plans.
Operations Phase
- Palmerston will manage all aspects of the operation of the facility under a long term management agreement.
- Supervision of all food and beverage, accounting, marketing and other facilities and activities at the property.
- Supervision of all purchasing, supply and administration procedures, Palmerston acts as the owner's representative on site and keeps the owner fully informed as to performance.
